No one is exempted not to borrow money in time of emergency. And to maintain a good debtor or borrower is to be a good payor by paying loan on time.

Do you agree with that?

Of course. That should be common etiquette or courtesy that when you borrow or loan something be it money or an item, to a friend or lending company you are expected to return or pay it on time. That is how it should be.
