I've heard that the best remedy for acne (pimples) is one that has been used in Greece for a long time to good effect. You need to peel a clove of garlic, marinate it in good quality olive oil with some chilli powder overnight and apply it supositorily, leaving it up there till you have to expel it. Has anyone tried this? Is it really effective?

I bet you could take some rough sandpaper and an electric sander and a bit of body putty and some paint and hide 'em really good

I’ve had acne problems long time ago during my teen years and the only thing that worked for me is the treatment prescribed by my dermatologist. If I were you I’d be careful with anything I put on my face less I regret later if it didn’t work or worst if it worsens the problem.

You do realize they are talking about sticking it up their butt, not putting it on their face. Seriously, look up suppository.

This may just be a troll.

I don't think I would want to stick garlic up my butt as they say

Yes, it is true that many have said that garlic is very good for treating acne, even to the extent that our country also believes it.

Sticking garlic covered in chili powder up your butt?

Never try it, but I think garlic is effective for acne, but not sure about that smells. Lately I just try to use sulfur base soap, and it's quite effective as long as not touching our face with hands and always keep the skin clean.

Everyone seems to be missing the fact that he is talking about sticking that up your butt to cure acne.

acne is indeed difficult to cure, maybe by washing your face diligently we can prevent it.

I have never heard that one before. I have something I got prescribed from the doctor for acne that I have used.
