I gave request for pay - out since last week and I have sent the request 3 times . I intend to try only 2 more times now . 

I hope they at least pay us on 15th like they did previous month

Try re-sending your request exactly on the 15 of the month and see if they’ll pay then.

I hope they would stick to the rule of every fifteenth so that we will not worry. I also sent three request but haven't paid yet.
