I am curious to eat frog chicken

A few days ago I saw a post about frog chicken culinary. Namely chicken that is filled with skin and then filled with chicken meat and egg mixture.

I don’t quite get it. So frog has nothing to do with it? Why say frog chicken? I also don’t get how you fill chicken with skin then fill them with the chicken meat? Not clear to me...

I'm curious about too but I don't like the idea of attaching the name of the frog.

Chicken is one of my favorite foods. I like Chicken curry. This frog chicken is the first time I have read about it.
