American Presidential election isn't over yet. Why?

What does it mean that the Presidential election between Trump and Biden isn't over yet?

It means they still have not finished counting all votes and some states may have to re-count them

It means that there was voter fraud and something has to be done about it and I read that the Supreme Court has to decide. I believe the votes need to be counted again to make sure things are fair. That is sad when things are not fair.

It isn't over until it is over as they say and I hope that it will end without sort of violence. Loser will accept and then life of the people must not be at stake to suffer.
