It looks like, points are also reduce

I think it's not only the number of post and comments are reduce. Back then, its' 5 for comment and 10 for a post but now it looks like they only give one to every post.

It was not 10 for a question, it was 5 for a question and 5 for an answer 

And I am still getting 5 for them

It's ten back then. I'm not aware it reduced to 5.

I'm not aware of it. What I know is the number of discussion is limited to 2 per hour and 5 for responses.
