Will good posts without any interaction be truncated periodically?

I think I have 3 or 4 or 5 that I don't think got interacted with. I don't know if it was because they were poor or if people just didn't have an opinion.

The reason is more on there's little to no one here who would read your post and respond. Then the few ones who are here don't get to respond too because they're just droppin' by or you are right to say that they probably have nothing to say about the post. If the situation isn't like this our post would surely have more interaction.

It was a fairly short train here. Everyone reached their destination and went home.
