After smoking for more than 30 years, I was able to quit with no withdrawal symptoms. It has been 30 years now.

I have seen you around at several Sites and must say you are a personality to be reckoned with. I have watched your interest,  having your fingers in several pies.  And with that kind of personality it must have been not that difficult.

Thank you for remembering me in other sites. That is one advantage of using the same profile name and profile picture. There is recall, waheehee.

That's good for you know how control yourself and 30 years are too much experience in smoking.

Congratulations! I heard it is not easy to quit. Some of my friends are still battling to stop, but they cannot do it yet.

I am glad that you have quit your smoking habit. You have very good self control. Without self control it would not happened. Enjoy your day.

I was also a bad smoker like you who smoked for last 30 years! In fact I was a Chain smoker who used to smoke 40 to 50 cigarettes a day! Now I have stopped smoking after paying too much for it as I suffered from Heart attack last year and I underwent the Angioplasty. There after now don't smoke anymore!
