How much weight did you gain during the lockdown? I am lucky that I can control my weight.

I am still maintaining my weight and trying not to gain anything. I am still doing my exercises 3 times a day and workout after lunch. I am not doing my walking like I did before virus.

It is good that you are aware of what may happen if you skip your exercise and diet. I weigh myself everyday as a form of weight control.

I do not have to weigh myself.  My clothes tell me that I have put on a lot of weight.  I have to reduce calrories and do some exercise.

Same here. When I gained 3 pounds I felt that some of my night shirts would not fit anymore. That was the time  that I used the weighing scale. Now I check my weight everyday.

Since I am working on a farm and we are already secluded there was no problem for me to take regular exercise on the farm.

On top of it I already work physically.

Thus by keeping a control on the diet and having physical work and having a bit of additional exercise I coud maintain my body weight too!

You are lucky to have a farm where you can exert physical effort which is equivalent to exercise. For those living in the urban areas the only way to exercise is a workout.

That is very true! It is a big blessing for us to work suc a big farm!

I didn't check but definitely gained something and also need to eat more liquid now considering it can affect the future weeks.

I do exercise always. I have my own diet plan to follow. So I don't gain weight in this lock down period. Enjoy your day.

I don't have weight gain. In fact I have reduced in my weight. I have eaten less and do exercise everyday.

I am guessing it is 5 lbs. It is really alarming to gain weight. Now, it is time to work out and lose some weight.
