Sometimes we learn our lesson the hard way. So better be aware and adapt a healthy life style early on in life so we get to enjoy a healthy body when we grow old. I always remind myself to be gentle with myself and that is to never abuse and overdo my body. I think we should all learn to listen to our body. If you feel tired, rest. If you are thirsty, drink. When you are hungry, eat. When you feel the need to pee and use the toilet, Go. If you feel sleepy, then sleep. Those are the basics. Do not postpone those natural processes of the body in place of work and other things. Nothing is more important than one's health. These should be coupled of course with healthy life style; healthy food, exercise, enough sleep, avoid vices. Do things in moderation. More importantly learn to handle stress and life in general with a good and happy disposition. A sound mind makes for a sound and healthy physical body.
