That is very true! It has been established that minimum 6 to 8 hours of sleep is required for an average adult individual to have a normal functioning of the body! In deprivation one can end up with getting Hypertension, Diabetes, Heart attack and Stroke. Other set backs we can have is Obesity, less sex drive, depression and impairment of immunity! So it is very important to have sound sleep and enjoy the life! I appreciate what you are doing!
