Hello good morning. 

I every day try to sleep ealry and wake early too. I think that is very good for our health and mind. Less of sleeping at night may cause many problem, like dizzy and immune problem.

You are right. That is a very good thing to do for your body. Take care of your body as early as now and you will surely reap the benefits of your good habits as you grow old. I am trying my best to work on my sleep too.

That is very true! It has been established that minimum 6 to 8 hours of sleep is required for an average adult individual to have a normal functioning of the body! In deprivation one can end up with getting Hypertension, Diabetes, Heart attack and Stroke. Other set backs we can have is Obesity, less sex drive, depression and impairment of immunity! So it is very important to have sound sleep and enjoy the life! I appreciate what you are doing!

We do need to have enough sleep. If not, it will jeopardize our immune system. We need to boost it to fight the COVID-19.

I am also taking some sleep in the afternoon and waking up then I do exercise. I am focusing on health as much as possible.

Yes, sleeping is very important. There is some saying here that people can get the rest when they get old so, it could mean that you do not need to sleep but, i like to sleep:D
