Similarly, if no one was harmed with the bad thing that you do, does it make it okay too?

No. It doesn't okay even it is not harmful to others. Bad is bad and good is good. We can't justify it.

Of course not, especially attacking or even killing a person. One day, the truth will reveal and there i no way to stop it just, it might take some time.

Integrity means you do it right even when no one is watching. It is clear that when yo do wrong then be honest.

No, it is not OK with me. I will get discomfort with the situation. I will feel guilty as I have committed some thing wrong or harmed some one and now I don't even have the opportunity to render my apologies to the concerned person. I am a sensitive and emotional person and my conscience will not permit me to accept the situation and to keep quite as if nothing has happened!

It's not okay for what you did is wrong and you can't hide to the man in heaven, who is always watching you.

It is our conscience is the one that we have to please.  If it says all is well I suppose we could move on.  But the questions is how clean in our conscience.

That depends on the situation. I would feel guilt on my side.
