Will someone tell me how many posts can we write in a day?  Yesterday I wrote three posts and I was asked to come after one hour.  Does that mean we can go on posting as long as we keep a break in between?

I think coming in after hour after  hour is not ideal because if this is the case, we can only participate few times as we are not available for another time.

We have our own life and cannot possibly spare time at the time we are required to.

This is a good question. I do think that we can virtually go on forever just only if we had taken some pause in between. I had tried that and the restriction does not seem to come in as much as expected even through I do have a lot of content checks somehow

I wonder if this is how it is how the Site has gained from having the same user posting over and over again.  Just saying.

You can write even more than 33 posts if you will login from time to time. Just don't be annoyed when  you hit the warning.

Yes! You have got the point! We can post five posts per hour that means in 24 hours you can post 120 posts. On an average if one stays active for ten hours a day still he/she can post 50 posts!

The very purpose of a single user not monopolising the front  page is defeated if this is what the Admin was aiming at. I may have taken an hour to write those 3 posts as I must have been elsewhere on the site and I get a warning to come after an hour

But at least other people are getting an opportunity to post when the regular posting persons  have the gap !

There is just one post between the two sessions:D

Umm...Thanks God he/she had that much of consideration for others that he allowed a post between the two sessions! :D

Of course, haven't you tried it. If you are working 8 hours here, you will be posting 15 post.

You are allowed 'x' number of posts per hour. Just like BMF, when you reach that limit, you can't post again for an hour. Then you can make 'x'  number again the next hour and so on.

Have you understood the benefit of this rule? I have not.

I think the idea was to limit the number of posts by one person appearing in a row on the front page, but it isn't working.  I guess the person doesn't care how bad it makes the site look.

You are right, assuming that it is the admins purpose. If that’s it, he better find a better way... It just isn’t working.

This  reminds me of  buffets.  Just because we can eat as much as we want we do not. Do we?:D

I think I can understand your angle of discussion. Even with the restrictions, some users make sure to extract every bit of lifeline they have such that even when they take a break, your post still get buried within theirs.

I really do not know what the purpose was of Admin to introduce this break as according to me it has not deterred some to stay away from the main page.

Honestly, I think it is because some of the members were abusing the privilege and trying to milk the site off every penny possible. I know it isn't fair enough to other members but I guess it is what it is.

Asking us to come back after an hour does not suit me as I sometimes do not remember to get back. They should have restricted the number of posts and responses and given us the freedom to do that at our convenience

That's another way to look at it. It might work out that way as well.

Yes, you are right at that. We can go on posting as long as we keep a break in between.

Have you understood the purpose of this rule?  If it is to avoid seeing the same user that is not happening.

We can only assume of the purpose, it is only the admin who exactly knows what he is trying to achieve around this site with all the recent changes from time to time.

I think we can keep on posting discussions. It is an alternative while waiting to comment on the posted discussions.

This system of coming back after one hour may not suit all users as they have other things to do in that time.

i also see the same person and i think it's not moral to be there all the time and occupy the site 24/7.

or it only means the site is not so protected. i try to add 3 posts and when i try with fourth, it says i should come in a day. i once tried in the evning again and i could but, these days, i don't want to. also, due to this, i think i won't be coming here in future. after my next payment, i'll carefully consider it. people copy other people here, act differently than on mylot (not so nice and they don't communicate, write their answer and go away), literally post some bad and not tasteful topics about harems and other rubish just to earn every penny. i don't know... disappointing.:ermm:

They do not come back because comments do not earn here.  It is disgusting that users should go only after money  The Sie may not pay but we as users should respect each other and interact with each other.

I also do not like when I am told to come later.  I have my own style of participating and this restriction interferes with it.  I do not mind if the Site has restrictions on the number of posts and responses but this thing about coming after one hour does not suit me.

ithought comments earn here but, still, if i ask a question and see it, i answer it; i don't leave person hanging. so true; some respect and interaction. it feels many times that i communicate with robots; except you and others, which makes me feel human around you. i agree you on these restrictions cause, i have the same syle and time for this and due to this, i need to save posts and when i come back laer, it's like i don't have a will like i had at first:ermm:

Maybe the person wrote all those posts in one day before they told us we have to come back in an hour. Maybe they kept going back to write the posts and that is how they got all those in one day.

I'm a 1 to 3 post writer for a day, as I would like to think that would give
readers enough time to interact with all the post that person has wrote.
