I live in Israel and the language of the country is Hebrew. I find that I cannot really get my point across of what I trying to say in Hebrew. I want to be able to speak the language, but, hard to say what I really need to say. Do any of you have problems like that in another language or even in your own mother tongue?

No luckily I am living in a state where I know the language that is spoken locally,  so I don't have any problems in putting my point across!

I am glad for you that you do not need to learn another language and have to try and get your point across in a different language.

That is true! But then I know abiut 5 to 6 different local languages !

That is nice. So I take it they help you get your point across to others.

When you live in Rome you should do what the Romans do. That is a saying which means you have to speak their language too.

That is the same saying here. I have found that Israelis do not want to help us learn Hebrew because they want to speak English to us, even though they kept telling us we need to learn Hebrew.

I just let it go my ideas and be shared with others. It is up to them to take it or not.

well, sometimes but, if a native of tother language is understanding and intuitive, there is no problem. i know that in my own language i say one thing but think on other but people around me, they get me. we're not in the class so using other word for something is nothing big.

Maybe they get you because they know what you mean, but, if someone does not know you then would they understand what you are saying?

sometimes we say that context matter, the message. it's from one person to another. i try to get people. i mean, are you very troubled by this?

I am not troubled at all by what you said. That is how you feel and you are entitled to the way you feel.

Yes, there are just time that we cannot convey our message to the recipient. I think it just be clarified to make it clear.
