Where and when was your last vacation/holiday?

My last vacation was about 2 years ago and I went on a 1,000 mile drive to South Dakota. I went with my son and we had a great time, I miss being there. I need to plan another vacation sometime soon.

I don't think I can remember this as I don't go on vacations often. I have my fun around the city I live in and if I have to travel, it is work or something related.

Oh yeah I know some people like that. They just don't ever go anywhere on vacation.

Our last holiday was in Macau in October of last year. This year we have tickets for Seoul, South Korea but I guess we should not go.

Oh nice you take vacation once a year? I would have to think about not taking that vacation. Can you get any money back for the tickets? Or will you lose money by not going?

Fer durn near all m' life I've heard of these here vay-cay-shun things, but I've never seen one in real life

I would say my last vacation was when I was married and that was 1990-1996. I did a day trip last year because I do not leave my cat overnight.

Oh that is not long enough LOL. I got to get out of here now and then and I think I am over due to get out of here for a while.

I do not mind not going on vacation. I look at it this way that when I come back things are not different and it would be hard to pack things for both my cat and myself to take with us so we stay home and hope others leave.

We never ever take our vacation. It's not our practice or tradition to go for a vacation.
