I just cooked chicken innards such as liver and gizzard fresh from the butcher's house. They are so delicious. I put some chilis since I love spicy foods.

Do you eat them too?

Oh yes I loved to eat them especially with the chill sauces. I can binge eat without stopping if given the unlimited supply.

My husband does not eat them but I love them in chilis.

Yes, I like chicken liver but not much of the gizzard. Cooked in adobo is the best.

Yes adobo is the best way to cook them. I like innards but I try to limit my consumption because of uric acid.

I am not fond of eating them. I am so picky sometimes. Whenever I am seeing them, I am imagining the cadavers in the morgue when still in university.:'(

That is one of the best parts of the chicken. I make sure to be the one to eat it when I cook chicken. We also make gizzard sauce when we buy lots of gizzard. You are right, it is very tasty when spiced well.

Hmm you made me hungry again. I promised to buy more of them next time. Fresh gizzards are very tasty.

Chicken's liver is my favorite. We cook it with vinegar with spices. We do barbecue it too.

Actually liver is my favorite part of the chicken. I always ask my family to left that one for me... Ha ha...

Especially liver of the native chicken, ahh delicious!

Because of this, I will buy more of it I think.

Yes. I love heart and gizzard. Especially if it's cooked with sauteed spicy spices. I can eat a lot with that side dish.
